VOLUNTEERS
It is the amazing, hardworking and talented group of volunteers who put their hands up each year that make our Festival possible. Quite simply- we couldn’t do it without you. Our aim is to make your volunteer experience as satisfying and exciting as we possibly can.
The rules are simple
| (a) | You must be a member of the Keppel Coast Arts Council in order to volunteer. Cost is $16.50 per individual, $27.50 per family |
| (b) | You must agree to purchase a Volunteer T Shirt to wear while on duty. Cost $10.00. |
| (c) | Complete the application form and return it to us, choosing an area you would like to work in- either where you have skills to offer or where you would like to gain skills. |
We hope you will be able to offer 10 hours of your time over the duration of the Festival. Many volunteers give 100’s of hours.

STALLHOLDERS
If you have delicious food, fancy fashion or would like to provide information to the community then submit a stall application for this years Village Festival.

AMATEUR HOMEBREW COMPETITION
Entry forms and conditions are available below or at the drop-off points for entries Yeppoon Cap Coast Home Brew Supplies, Bewvac Rockhampton, or Bar'n'Brew Rockhampton. All entries must be in by 5pm on August 13 with prizes kindly
Judging starts at 11am on Sunday 16th August with some samples of the beers being judged available for tasting on the day. Presentations & Prizes at 3pm & don't forget to support our sponsors.
